•     Responsible for the training, preparation and development of the women’s teams within the club
•     Main goal for the season was to improve the stability of the passing unit

•     Managed to stay in the Elitserien via the playoffs which was huge for the young team

•     Coached the Men & Women’s BUCS programmes (equivalent to NCAA)
•     Responsible for developing programmes in terms of recruitment and planning of training and preparation throughout the season
•     Managed supports staff like assistants, physiotherapists and strength coaches

•     Coached the Men & Women’s teams competing in the Volleyball England National Leagues, much of the planning was linked to the University programme that I ran as many players were in both squads

•     This programme was about the development of younger players and passing them on to the Senior team after 2 years.
•     I was responsible for identifying strengths and weaknesses in individuals and developing training regimes for them to improve
•     In 2 years 8 players graduated to the Senior squad and most have played with the team

2003 Stevens Tech Assistant Coach, NJ, USA
•     I was initially employed as a defensive coach to work on Block defence systems.
•     I worked closely with the Head Coach and helped with statistics, match planning and coaching individuals
•     The Team won Division and Conference Championships and qualified for the Molten Final 4 for the 1st time
•     The Team set records for most wins in a season as well as most consecutive wins
